In the strategically important city if Izyum, which was under Russian occupation since early April, Russian torture chambers were discovered inside a prison where Ukrainian soldiers were held. This is in addition to the recent mass grave discovery where over 500 bodies were exhumed. In some cells, cries for help were literally written on the walls. NBC News correspondent Erin McLaughlin took a tour of the shocking discovery.
