FEMA Administrator Heading To Puerto Rico As ‘Critical Lifelines’ Suffer

Keith Turi, assistant administrator for field leadership at FEMA, says flooding and mudslides remain a major concern on the island of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Fiona dumped more than two feet of rain. More than 1.3 million people are without power and the remaining residents are relying on an already fragile infrastructure that is still in the process of recovering from Hurricane Maria.
